Whatever your written quotation says is what your final bill says. If we quote 18,000 rupees, you pay 18,000 rupees. Nothing is added at delivery.

The rate depends on four things: how much you are moving, the distance, the floor and lift situation at both ends, and which services you choose. After a free survey we give you a fixed written quotation that does not change later.
No, the survey is completely free. Our team visits your home or office to see the goods. If you are far away, we can also do the survey over a video call.
Usually 20 to 30 percent is taken to confirm the booking, and the balance is paid at delivery. Terms can be different for company and corporate relocations.
If the damage is our fault, we take responsibility for it. For expensive or fragile items we recommend transit insurance, which covers accidents, fire and a vehicle overturning.
Three to four days is enough on normal dates. Demand is much higher in the last week of the month, on weekends and during the festival season, so book seven to ten days ahead for those dates.
Yes. If you only need to send a fridge, a sofa or a few boxes, we can send it as part load so that you are not paying for a full truck.
Yes. We provide a proper invoice, consignment note and packing list, which is what most companies require for a relocation claim.
Yes. Office and shop relocations are often done on Sundays or overnight so that business is not interrupted. These slots need to be booked in advance.
